Quick Mexican rice

2 c brown rice
2 1/2 c water
1 chicken bouillon
1 chipotle cube (or 1/2 tsp powdered)
2 cilantro cubes (or 1 tsp powdered)
1 can corn, undrained
1/2 chopped bell pepper, any color
green onion (bottoms only)
1 carrot, shredded

Place all ingredients in a rice cooker, following directions for brown rice cooking time.
