Red Pepper Dill Dip

1 c nonfat plain yogurt
1 c nonfat sour cream
2 roasted red pepper, drained
5 green onions
1 clove garlic
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp paprika

Mix all together in a food processor until smooth. Serve with veggies, crackers, or pita chips.

* For extra party appeal, remove the seeds and ribs from a big red pepper and serve the dip from the pepper bowl!
